V shape neckline with buttons. Back zip closure.  Top unlined, bottom lined.  Elastic waist. Pleated details at waist area. Chiffon fabric. Belt not included. *FLAWS* Fabric distressed at bottom dress area. * Please refer to the last two pictures.
