As we sell used vintage clothing we operate a no exchange or refunds policy on any items bought in our online store, for this reason we strongly recommend that you to select carefully! All vintage sales are FINAL.
We carefully inspect each of our vintage pieces for damage and pride ourselves on offering only the highest quality garments. With that said, some of our vintage pieces are decades old and it is only natural that they show some wear and/or slight damage. We take this into account when pricing our vintage and will state any major damage in our descriptions. We try our very best to note all the details of each garment, although we may sometimes overlook things, which we do apologise for. Please do not expect perfection, unless stated so. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any damage that occurs after a purchase is made.
Condition definition
•MINT - Perfect...looks unworn, no visible flaws.
•EXCELLENT - Shows very little signs of wear.
•VERY GOOD - Minor signs of wear, light fading, underarm discolour, tiny holes to lining or minor repairs.
•GOOD - Item is wearable with some signs of usage or signs of minor repair, which does not affect its wearability.
•FAIR - More obvious flaws, may need extra repairs which will reflect in the price
Payment Policy

Once you have placed the order, please upload your transaction document, screenshot or scanned copy once payment is made. If payment failed to make within 12hours upon checkout, we have the right to cancel your order and item will be relisted again.
Please take note that all our items are one of the kind, we are running based on a first-come, first-served basis if there are overlapping orders.
Shipping Policy
We are currently only ships to Malaysia & Singapore. All items are shipped via local express shipping company J&T. Shipping costs will be added at checkout. All shipping costs are subject to change based on destination & weight. Once parcels ship and a tracking number is sent, Hello Swissify is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or refused mail. Claims for such can be made directly with J&T using the tracking number provided.
Items are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Hello Swissify is not responsible for parcels shipped to the wrong address. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm the shipping address is correct prior to completing the purchase. It will be the buyer's responsibility to file any claim through Hello Swissify for redelivery or re-routing as well as any costs incurred.
